My Payout Hasn't Arrived: What to Check on Each Platform
A late payout is usually one of four things: a pending window that has not matured, a verification gate you have not cleared, a threshold you have not crossed, or a payout profile that is incomplete. Almost none of them produce a useful error message.

- A pending window has not matured. Money exists but is not yet available — OnlyFans holds a 7-day rolling window, and most platforms hold something.
- A verification or content gate is unmet. Fanvue has three of them before its threshold even applies.
- You have not crossed the threshold. Ranges from about EUR 1 to $50 depending on platform.
- Your payout profile is incomplete. This produces a status that reads like an error and is not one.
Notice what is not on that list: an actual platform failure. It happens, but it is the least likely explanation and worth checking last.

OnlyFans: the rolling window explains most of it
OnlyFans holds earnings in a 7-day rolling pending period. Funds mature continuously, which means:
- Your available balance always trails your earnings.
- The two figures will never match, at any point.
- Money earned today is not withdrawable today.
If you are comparing "what I earned this week" to "what I can withdraw", those are structurally different numbers and the gap is the window, not a missing payment.
You can set withdrawals to manual, weekly or monthly. If you are on manual and expecting money automatically, that alone explains it.
One more thing worth knowing when reconciling: some OnlyFans statistics carry a documented 24-hour delay, so today's earnings figure is not final today either.
Fanvue: three gates before the threshold matters
This is the platform where "my payout has not arrived" most often means "I have not finished onboarding".
- Full KYC — a government photo ID plus a selfie. Track it under Settings, Verification.
- At least five pieces of content uploaded.
- Everyone appearing in your content verified.
- A $20 balance.
- The first payout then triggers a fraud check of roughly three to seven days.
Any one of the first three being incomplete blocks the payout regardless of your balance. And the fraud check on the first payout is normal — it is not a sign anything is wrong.
Fanvue supports bank transfer worldwide plus Paxum, so geography is rarely the blocker here, unlike some platforms.
Brezzels: read the status, it is telling you something
Brezzels exposes a payout status, and the statuses are more informative than most:

"Info needed" is the one people misread. It looks like something went wrong; it means you have not finished filling in your payout details. A test account observed sitting in that state had a balance of zero, which is exactly what an unconfigured profile looks like.
Privacy: check the method, not just the amount
Privacy has two thresholds for two methods — Pix from R$30, TED from R$50. If you have R$40 and are trying to use TED, you are below that method's minimum while being above the other's.
Pix is close to instant once it goes, so a Privacy payout that has genuinely been sent should not be slow.
Maloum: rarely the problem
Maloum pays from roughly EUR 1, frequently near-instantly. If a Maloum payout is late, it is more likely a payout-method configuration issue than a threshold or window.
Worth checking while you are there: the payout statement is headed with the current month, but the transaction list below it is not actually limited to that month. A payout you are looking for may be in the list without being in the period you think you are viewing.
Before you contact support
- Confirm which figure you are reading. On OnlyFans the figure that reads like a total is net; on Maloum, anything labelled net is pre-fee. Reading the wrong one makes a correct balance look wrong.
- Check the pending versus available split. Almost every platform separates them, and the money you are looking for is usually in the first column.
- Check your payout status if the platform exposes one. Brezzels in particular is explicit about why nothing has moved.
- Check every verification gate, not just the obvious one. Fanvue's content-verification requirement catches people who have completed ID checks and assume they are done.
- Check the method is available and configured in your country, not just selected.
- Check the schedule. On a fixed cycle like LoyalFans', a sale just after a cut-off waits nearly a full period.
Most "missing payout" tickets resolve at step two or four.
The costs that make a payout smaller rather than late
Different problem, frequently confused with lateness:
- Currency conversion. A platform settling in USD paying into a EUR, GBP or BRL account loses a spread every time. It is often larger than the difference between a 20% and a 25% commission.
- Per-transfer fees, which vary by method. Maloum states none beyond its commission; others do not.
- Tax. Every platform here pays you gross of income tax. Maloum absorbing VAT does not change that, and setting aside from each payout rather than annually is the only version of this that ends well.
