Which Platforms Support GIFs, Voice Notes and Tiers

Most feature comparisons are copied off marketing pages, which is why they all agree with each other and none of them help. This one is about what the platforms actually do differently.

The basics, side by side

Every platform here sells subscriptions, priced messages and feed posts. Where they differ first is what you can put in a message.

The one real gap is Maloum. It has no microphone in chat and no way to send audio at all, which matters more than it sounds — voice is one of the few things that reliably separates a paid conversation from a free one.

Voice notes are not all the same

Five of the six support them, and the difference is whether you can bring in audio you made elsewhere:

If voice is central to how you sell, that ordering is worth taking seriously. Recording in the app is fine for a quick reply and painful for anything you want to script or re-take.

Selling text on its own

Sometimes what you are selling is writing, with nothing attached.

Fansly is the platform for that — its Locked Text feature exists specifically to price a message with no media. Fanvue and 4based both refuse: until you attach a photo or video, the price field stays dead. This catches people out constantly, and it is the single most common reason a price field looks broken. If that is what brought you here, the price field is greyed out covers it platform by platform.

GIFs

OnlyFans, Fansly and Fanvue all handle GIFs. Maloum does not — there is no GIF option in its chat.

Tiers, trials and promotions

This is where the platforms diverge most, and mostly it is one platform each:

Paid feed posts

Worth knowing before you plan a content calendar: Maloum has no paid feed posts at all. There is no price on a post anywhere, and subscriber-only visibility is not the same thing as charging for something. OnlyFans, Fansly and Brezzels all price posts normally.

Choosing on features

If one thing genuinely decides it:

For most creators the honest answer is that features decide less than reach does, and the platform you can actually bring an audience to beats the one with the better message box. Where features do decide it, it is usually tiers or voice.

If you are running several of these at once, the harder problem is not features — it is keeping one inbox and one voice across all of them. Running several platforms without tripling the work covers that side.

Common questions

Which platforms support voice notes?
OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, Brezzels and 4based all do. Maloum does not — there is no microphone anywhere in its chat and no way to send audio. On 4based you can only record in the app; a file you prepared elsewhere cannot be sent.
Can I sell text without attaching a photo or video?
On Fansly, yes — that is what Locked Text is for. On Fanvue and 4based you cannot: a price needs media attached before it will accept anything.
Which platform has real subscription tiers?
Fansly, with up to five, each with its own name and price, plus separate promotional pricing. It is the only one here with proper tiers, which is why OnlyFans creators wanting several price points usually end up running more than one account.
Which platforms let me message everyone at once?
Brezzels has a dedicated tool for it, with its own statistics so you can see how a send performed. It is the clearest option here if messaging your whole list is central to how you sell.
